The HHS Cheerleaders are headed to the state cheer competition in Birmingham tomorrow. The team will compete at the Bill Harris Arena at 10:20 AM.

Congratulations to the HHS Cheerleaders for their performance at the Magic City Regional Cheer Competition. The team finished 5th out of 18 teams and received a bid for the national competition. Next up - the state cheer competition on Nov 12!

The high school math teams got off to a great start Wednesday afternoon with students from each team placing in the top 10 at the Vinemont tournament.
HHS will celebrate Veterans Day with an assembly on Nov 10 at 8:15 AM. Students can invite veterans from their families to attend. Please see the HHS Office for more details. There is no school on Tuesday, Nov 11.
Our Precalculus students concluded their Catapults Engineer Projects by building and testing balsa wood catapults. Congratulations to Kimberly Torres for winning the target challenge!
HHS students recently attended the FCCLA Sweet Potato Cook Off. The winner in the bread division was Raelynn Bradford. Also competing were Gracie Collin (with a pie) and Kaeden Bradford (with a casserole).
