Clues for the H's

 Black H (Found!)

Beside the Best, I stand at rest, at ease beside fallen trees.

Cool morning air, autumn is near.
Feel the chilled breeze blow.
I am hiding amidst once fallen leaves
Both above and below.

I stand at attention, my spine is straight
All I do is imitate.

Orange H (Found!)

Enter or leave from where you are, the end is near, but not too far.

Welcome back! Look no more.
13 blocks...away from a door.

Trouble may follow, but I'll be close by, so worry no more.

Green H (Found!)

Seek me you must,
but ere you will find
I am elusive;
I'm one of a kind.

Know you can trust,
my color is green.
Seek me with diligence
I will be seen.

Hidden I may be
But soon you will see
That I view a field
From which you may yield.

The green H that I am
Don’t try to pretend
It’s easy to see
My view is the key.

Blue H (Found!)

Green is the color of grass, tress, and a turtle's knees.
Green is the color of books, slime, and the skin of a lime.
Be careful where you stride, we are covered in pride.
Green is the color of outside.

In and out you go, from beginning to end.
As you pass by, you separate from your friends.

I know you can't see me, but I can see you.
Laying here beneath the stars, looking up at the passing cars.

The end is near and I am still here.  I have watched you as you pass through the iron gate.
But I will not cry and I will not fall.

Gold H (Found!)

Slow down, you have plenty of time.
If you blink, you might pass me by.
I see you on the daily as you ride.

Behind me once a giant did stand.
Tall and blue for all to see.
Now that is gone, its contents remain
To the North and South,
Just not contained.
